TAKE THE P/SL EMPLOYMENT SURVEY!

The Employee Engagement Survey begins May 1st. All employees hired on or before April 4, 2009 are eligible to take the survey which can be taken at www.hcasurveys.com or by calling 1-800-207-3580. Employees who participate in the survey will be eligible for great prizes. Once you complete the survey, fill out the drawing slip and bring it to the Career Center. Drawing slips are available from your manager or the Career Center. Prize drawings will be held each Friday beginning May 8. Additionally, all HCA employees who complete the survey will be eligible to win a gift card valued up to $1,000.
